This support helps attract and retain young people in dairy, fosters leadership development, enhances business skills, and enables participation in key industry events. Programs include the GippsDairy Muster, executive training opportunities, the Great South West Dairy Awards, and sponsorship of Young Dairy Network activities across the state.

Beyond the RDPs, Gardiner also supports broader industry engagement initiatives such as mentor training through the National Herd Improvement Centre, the Picasso Cows education program, the Alpine Valley Dairy Study Tour, and the Crawford Fund. These partnerships reflect Gardiner’s commitment to building a strong, connected and future-focused dairy industry.
