Picasso Cows

Bringing dairy into the classroom – one cow at a time.

For over a decade, Picasso Cows has inspired primary school students to explore the Australian dairy industry through creativity and hands-on learning.

Aligned with the Australian Curriculum, the program helps students understand where dairy foods come from, the role of farmers, and the health and nutritional benefits of dairy. From life on the farm to milk in their lunchbox, students learn it all in an engaging and interactive way. The highlight? Each school receives a life-size fibreglass cow to decorate—turning their classroom into a creative hub and their cow into a dairy-themed masterpiece. Designed to suit a range of learning styles, Picasso Cows encourages curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking through art, research and teamwork. Learn more.
